Immanuel Prayer
Immanuel Prayer is a process of inviting God to reveal his presence in our lives—and in our pain in particular.
If you are struggling with anxiety or have hit a wall and would like some help to move forwards, we can arrange one-one prayer for you with one of our trained Immanuel Prayer coaches.
Drop us a line and we’ll get in touch with you to arrange a call at a convenient time.
At the End of Each Day
As each day draws to a close, we encourage you to take up the practice of the Daily Examen. This is a technique of prayerful reflection on the events of the day in order to detect God’s presence and to discern his direction for us.
